Written by

Last month, I announced that the The  International Law Association (British Branch)will be hosting its 2013 annual conference at the University of Oxford on 12 and 13 April. The theme for the conference is:The Changing Face of Global Governance: International Institutions in the International Legal Order. The deadline for responses to the call for papers for the conference is now January 31, 2013 (and not Jan. 15 as I had previously noted). Abstracts of no longer than 500 words should be submitted by the end of this month to ila2013oxford {at} gmail(.)com. The conference will focus on the changing nature and role of international institutions across different areas of international law as well as on the law regulating international institutions.

The full call for papers can found in my previous post.

The Conference Keynote Address and Inaugural Oxford Global Justice Lecture will be delivered by: by Patricia O’Brien, Under-Secretary-General for Legal Affairs and United Nations Legal Counsel
