Yulia Chernykh


Yuliya Chernykh is a PhD fellow at the University of Oslo researching contract interpretation in international investment arbitration. She is a Chartered Arbitrator and has extensive experience acting as an arbitrator, expert and counsel in international arbitration proceedings under a number of European and Asian arbitration rules. Yuliya is a Board Member of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine. She is also acting as a national correspondent for UNCITRAL CLOUT appointed by Ukraine.
