Yvonne McDermott Rees is Professor of Law at the Hillary Rodham Clinton School of Law, Swansea University, UK. She is the author of Fairness in International Criminal Trials (OUP, 2016). Her current research focuses on issues of evidence and proof in international criminal law and international human rights law, including the use of open source evidence in human rights fact-finding.
