Tainá Garcia Maia is a research fellow at the University of Münster (WWU), in Germany, and a PhD candidate at WWU and at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, in Brazil. She was a visiting professional at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (2018), and a Special Adviser at the Permanent Mission of Brazil to the United Nations (2015).
