Silvia Steininger, LL.M., M.A., is a Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg. She is a visiting lecturer for human rights at Université Catholique de Lille and coordinates the International Public Authority (IPA) project at the Institute.
