Sejal Parmar

Sejal Parmar is Lecturer at the School of Law at the University of Sheffield. She was previously an Assistant Professor at the Department of Legal Studies at the Central European University, Senior Adviser to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe Representative on Freedom of the Media (on secondment from the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office), and Senior Legal Officer at ARTICLE 19. She regularly serves as a consultant and expert for intergovernmental organisations and NGOs on human rights issues.
