Shrutih Tewarie

About/Bio

Shrutih Tewarie is an Associate in the Litigation Department at Foley Hoag LLP. Her practice is focused on international disputes, and she represents foreign sovereign governments and private entities and individuals in international arbitration and in U.S. court litigation, including in investment treaty claims. She also advises Permanent Missions to the United Nations on a variety of matters, including matters before the General Assembly and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). In addition, she also counsels clients regarding the establishment of international operations, including through providing advice on international trade matters. Shrutih received her J.D. from Cornell Law School and her B.A. in Quantitative Economics and International Relations from Tufts University.
