Dr Sam Selvadurai is a Visiting Senior Research Fellow at the Department of War Studies in King’s College London. His book, Law, War and the Penumbra of Uncertainty, was published by Cambridge University Press in April 2022. Sam holds a PhD in War Studies and a Master’s in International Peace and Security from King’s College London. He has worked in the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office since 1993.
