Sachintha Dias is a DPhil candidate in Public International Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Oxford. His research focuses on implementing the international responsibility of international organisations through domestic courts. Sachintha holds a LL.B from the University of Colombo and BCL and MPhil degrees from the University of Oxford. He currently works as a State Counsel for the Attorney – General’s Department of Sri Lanka.
