About/Bio

Dr Rutsel Silvestre J Martha is the Principal of Lindeborg Counsellors at Law and a Partner Fellow at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law, University of Cambridge. Prior to founding Lindeborg, Dr Martha was a General Counsel and Director of Legal Affairs at INTERPOL and the UN International Fund for Agricultural Development. He has written extensively on public international law, including The Legal Foundations of INTERPOL (Hart Publishing, 2010; 2nd edition forthcoming October 2020) and The Financial Obligation in International Law (Oxford University Press, 2015).
