Padmaja Menon is an Associate in the legal division of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). Padmaja holds an Advanced LL.M. in Public International Law, specializing in International Criminal Law, from Leiden University. Prior to joining the ICRC, she worked as a Researcher at the Supreme Court of India, and as an Intern in the Office of the Prosecutor at the UN Residual Mechanism.
