Olivia Herman

About/Bio

Dr Olivia Herman is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Copenhagen as part of the MERCURY project. She previously worked as a legal advisor and researcher with civil society organisations in the justice and accountability field. Her areas of specialisation include international humanitarian law, international human rights law and international criminal law. She is the author of Reparations by Non-State Armed Groups under International Law: From Conflict to Repair in Colombia and Beyond (Routledge, 2024).
