Orla Kelleher

Orla Kelleher is an Irish Research Council Government of Ireland postgraduate scholar and Ph.D. candidate at the Sutherland School of Law, University College Dublin, Ireland. Her doctoral research examines the impact of climate change on legal reasoning in systemic rights-based climate change litigation in Ireland, the Netherlands and Switzerland. Orla is a graduate of University College Cork (BCL Law and French) and the College of Europe, Bruges (LL.M.)
