Dr Nengye Liu is a Senior Lecturer at Adelaide Law School, University of Adelaide, Australia. Dr Liu has published extensively on enhancing global governance regimes for better protection of the oceans, with particular focus on law and policy of great powers (e.g., China and EU) in the Polar Regions.
