Dr. Mumba Malila is a member of the UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention. He holds a Doctor of Laws degree (LLD) in Human Rights from the University of Pretoria and LLM degrees from Cambridge and Cumbria universities. He is presently the Chief Justice of Zambia.
