Matthew Saul is a Postdoctoral Fellow, at PluriCourts Centre for the Study of the Legitimate Roles of the Judiciary in the Global Order, Faculty of Law, University of Oslo. His current research examines points of connection between the international human rights judiciary and national parliaments.
