Dr Mikko Rajavuori is an Academy of Finland Post-doctoral Fellow in the Center for Climate Change, Energy and Environmental Law (CCEEL) at the Law School of the University Eastern Finland. Mikko’s current research project investigates the ‘Green Entrepreneurial State’ as an emerging governance paradigm under which states use active market participation as means to climate change mitigation.
