Matt Brown holds an LL.M in Public International Law from Leiden University, with experience working on a research project for the ICRC, interning for the Asser Institute and as a Defence Team Intern for Jovica Stanišić. His interests lie in International Humanitarian Law, particularly in research on enhancing compliance with IHL.
