Visiting professional at the International Criminal Court from January 2023 and formerly a legal intern at the International Bar Association ICC&ICL Programme. PhD candidate at the European University Viadrina, researching on the protection of property rights during armed conflicts and occupations on the example of the occupied Georgian territories. Bachelor and master’s degrees in law from the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. Currently also a contributor to the Oxford Reports on International Law (ORIL) database and Senior Fellow at the Case Matrix Network. Formerly a visiting researcher to the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law, University of Cambridge.
