Kriangsak Kittichaisaree and Christopher Kuner


Kriangsak Kittichaisaree is a member of the International Law Commission and Chairman of the ILC Working Group on the Obligation to Extradite or Prosecute (aut dedere aut judicare). He is also a member of the International Group of Experts of the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence working on the 2nd part of the Tallinn Manual on the International Law Applicable to Cyber Warfare (2016) and the current President of the 25th Meeting of States Parties to the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea. Christopher Kuner is Professor of Law, Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), Brussels, Belgium; Associate Professor of Law, University of Copenhagen; Affiliated Lecturer, Faculty of Law, University of Cambridge.
