Karel Wellens is Emeritus Professor of International Law ( Radboud University , Nijmegen, the Netherlands ). The main focus of his research and publications is on the UN Security Council, peaceful settlement of disputes , with special emphasis on the ICJ . Karel Wellens was Co-Rapporteur of the ILA Committee on Accountability of International Organisations and is lifetime Fellow of Clare Hall, Cambridge .
