Juliane Kokott

About/Bio

Prof. Dr. Juliane Kokott, holds the position of Advocate General at the Court of Justice of the European Union. Before joining the Court she was a professor at the universities of Augsburg, Heidelberg, Düsseldorf and St. Gallen. She has also been a visiting professor at Berkeley Law and she was Deputy Chairman of the German Advisory Council on Global Change (WBGU) (1996 to 2003).
