José-Miguel Bello y Villarino (Lic. Law, Lic. Pol.Sc. (Santiago de Compostela), LLM (CoE, Brugge), LLM (NYU), M.A. Int’Rel (Diplom. Sch. Madrid) is a member of the Diplomatic Corps of Spain (on leave as of this writing) and a PhD candidate at the University of Sydney, researching corruption and international law.
