Julia Grignon


Julia Grignon is a professor of the Faculty of Law at Laval University (Quebec). She is one of the co-directors of the Clinic of international criminal and humanitarian law, as well as a co-director of the Interdisciplinary Centre for Research on Africa and the Middle East. She is the author of the book L’applicabilité temporelle du droit international humanitaire (Genève: Schulthess, 2014) and she edited the book Tribute to Jean Pictet (Cowansville/Genève: Yvon Blais/Schulthess, 2016).
