Ivana Isailović

About/Bio

Ivana Isailović is a post-doctoral researcher at the Perelman Center for Legal Philosophy (Université libre de Bruxelles) and is affiliated with the IAP, Human Rights Integration Project. Her research interests include political philosophy, gender studies, human rights and transnational litigation. She holds a PhD in law from Sciences Po Paris (2014). In her dissertation she examines the interplay between transnational law, political recognition and identity marginalization.
