Ian Matthew Kysel

About/Bio

Ian Matthew Kysel is a Visiting Assistant Clinical Professor of Law at Cornell Law School. He founded and directs the Transnational Disputes Clinic and the International Migrants Bill of Rights (IMBR) Initiative. Kysel is a core faculty member in Cornell’s Migration and Human Rights Program and represents that Program on the Steering Committee of the Global Strategic Litigation Council for Refugee Rights, which he also co-founded. He currently also holds appointments as a Non-Resident Fellow at The Zolberg Institute on Migration and Mobility at The New School, as a Plumer Visiting Research Fellow at St. Anne's College, University of Oxford, and as an Academic Visitor at Oxford’s Faculty of Law.
