Heko Scheltema is a Senior Researcher at the Amsterdam Center for International Law, and Assistant Professor at the University of Amsterdam. His research and teaching focus on the modern challenges to Public International Law and legal research methodology. He holds a PhD from the European University Institute in Florence.
