Hannah Katz is a PhD candidate at the University of Haifa. Her research focuses on European migration politics and the human rights of migrants. Her current work addresses the role of transnational human rights litigation for the protection of migrant rights, and the ethical dilemmas of human rights litigation in the hostile political context of migration and border control.
