Hitoshi Nasu is a Professor of Law at the United States Military Academy, West Point, and a member of the Lieber Institute and Robotics Research Center. He also serves as a Senior Fellow at the Stockton Center for International Law, United States Naval War College, and a Principal Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Reading School of Law.
