Henok Birhanu Asmelash is a Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Procedural Law (Luxembourg) and a PhD Candidate in International Law and Economics at Bocconi University. His current research focuses on issues at the intersection of trade, energy, and the environment with a particular emphasis on the regulation of energy subsidies in the multilateral trading system.
