Federico Teli is a PhD student in "Diritti e Istituzioni" (XLI cycle) at the University of Turin. His research focuses on the deprivation of personal liberty of foreigners awaiting expulsion and related legal safeguards. He graduated from the University of Trento in 2025 (110/110) with a thesis on criminal law and end-of-life issues. He actively collaborates with Antigone Association, contributing to the forthcoming regional report on Piedmont's prisons. He completed a six-month legal internship and currently serve as a trainee judge under Article 37 of Legislative Decree 98/2011 at the Preliminary Investigations Judge's Office of the Court of Turin.
