Contributor’s bio: Dr Francesca Capone is Assistant Professor (tenure track position) of International Law at the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna. She holds a Law Degree from the University of Naples Federico II and a Joint Ph.D. Degree from the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna and Tilburg University, earned in October 2013. In 2012-2013 she worked as a research fellow at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law in London. Her book Reparations for Child Victims of Armed Conflict: State of the Field and Current Challenges (Intersentia, 2017) won the Ciardi Prize in 2018.
