Fiona Abken is a doctoral candidate and research fellow at the Institute for International Peace and Security Law at the University of Cologne. In 2020/2021, she was a visiting scholar at the Institute of International Law and International Relations at the University of Graz. Her research interests include international criminal law and public international law.
