About/Bio

Emma Luce is Lecturer in Law at Kingston University London. She holds a doctorate from the University of Nottingham. Her current research interests centre around international human rights (particularly economic and social rights), sovereign debt/public budgets and the global economic order. She is currently working on her monograph Sovereign Debt and Socio-Economic Rights Beyond the Crisis: The Neoliberalisation of International Law, forthcoming with Cambridge University Press.
