Dr Efthymios Papastavridis is Postdoctoral Researcher and Guest Lecturer on Public International Law at the Faculty of Law of Oxford University and Expert Counsellor at the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He is also Research Fellow at the Academy of Athens and a Fellow of Athens Public International Law Center, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
