Daniel Müller (Ph.D., Université Paris X Nanterre and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin) is a member of the Paris bar and teaches international law at several universities in France. He was counsel and advocate for the Republic of Kosovo in the advisory proceedings before the ICJ.
