Dejen Messele is a Doctoral Candidate at the Zvi Meitar Center for Advanced Legal Studies, the Buchmann Faculty of Law, Tel-Aviv University. Messele studied Public International Law (at Addis Ababa University). He researches on past and current Ethiopian Uses of (public) international law.
