Diletta Marchesi

About/Bio

Diletta Marchesi is a PhD fellow of the Research Foundation – Flanders (FWO) at KU Leuven (Belgium), where she is also a research and teaching assistant. She pursues a PhD on the denial of judicial guarantees as international crimes and she is involved as research assitant in other EU-financed research projects. She was admitted to the bar in Italy (2020). Her main reasearch interests are international, European and comparative criminal law.
