Danilo B. Garrido Alves is a DPhil candidate at the University of Oxford and a member of the IUCN World Commission on Environmental Law. He has previously acted as a Judicial Fellow at the International Court of Justice, and holds an LLM degree from the University of Cambridge (First Class, Hugh Bevan Prize) and an LLB degree from the University of Brasilia.
