Carla M. Zoethout is professor of Constitutional law, Open Universiteit, the Netherlands and Chair of the Department of Constitutional law and Jurisprudence. Research interests are: Comparative constitutional law, human rights (in particular the freedom of thought, conscience and religion, in a secular perspective).
