Benjamin Salas Kantor

About/Bio

Benjamin Salas Kantor is a researcher on international law at Columbia Law School. Previously, he was an Adjunct Professor at Universidad Católica de Chile and an International Lawyer at Foley Hoag. He served as the Foreign Policy Advisor to the President of Chile (2018-2021) and in the legal team of Chile’s Agents before the ICJ in the Obligation to Negotiate and Silala cases (2016-2018). He holds an LLM from Columbia Law School as well as a Law Degree from Universidad Católica de Chile.
