Brendan Plant is a fellow of Downing College, Cambridge, and a Fellow of the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law. He is author of Evidence before the International Court of Justice (BIICL, with Anna Riddell) and the forthcoming monograph Effectiveness and the Adjudication of International Territorial Disputes (OUP).
