Alex Tinsley is a pupil barrister at Church Court Chambers, formerly Head of EU Office at Fair Trials. He was the lead author of the 2013 report Strengthening respect for human rights, Strengthening INTERPOL and wrote the chapter on INTERPOL alerts in the European Criminal Bar Association’s 2016 handbook on European Arrest Warrant defence. He has worked on numerous complaints and applications to the CCF.
