Apollin Koagne Zouapet holds a PhD in Law from the University of Geneva, and the Diploma of The Hague Academy of International Law. He is currently a Judicial Fellow at the International Court of Justice, and Associate Researcher at the International Law Department of the International Relations Institute of Cameroon (IRIC).
