Aliénor Nina Burghartz is a PhD candidate at the Institute for International Law and Comparative Constitutional Law at the University of Zurich and a SNSF Doc.CH fellow. Her PhD project op-erates at the interface of international monetary law, transnational legal theory, and critical mac-ro-finance. In 2021/22, she was a visiting scholar at McGill Law School and at Max Planck Insti-tute for Comparative and International Private International Hamburg. Prior to her doctoral stud-ies, she worked as a junior associate for an international business law firm in Zurich and was admitted to the Zurich bar. Twitter: @alienor_nina.
