Amy Weatherburn is a researcher at the Research Group on Fundamental Rights & Constitutionalism (FRC) at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) and the International Victimology Institute Tilburg (INTERVICT), Tilburg University. Her research focuses on trafficking in human beings for the purposes labour exploitation, analysing the effectiveness of the implementation of the European legal framework and the handling of labour exploitation in law.
