Alina Cherviatsova is an Associate Professor at the V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University (Kharkiv, Ukraine) and a Research Fellow of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law (Heidelberg, Germany). She teaches and writes in the fields of public international law, comparative constitutional law, human rights.
