About/Bio

Arnis Lauva is a Third secretary in the Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Latvia. He has served in the Latvian National Armed Forces JHQ as a Legal Adviser and has taken part in the NATO (ISAF) mission in Afghanistan. He holds LLM from the University of Kent (BSIS). He is writing here in a personal capacity.
