Andreas Coutsoudis

About/Bio

Andreas Coutsoudis practices an advocate and a member of the Durban Bar in South Africa. Before being called to the Bar he was a legal clerk at the Constitutional Court of South Africa. He is an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, School of Law (Durban), and an external PHD candidate at the Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies, Leiden University. He has appeared as counsel in a number of leading constitutional and international law cases before the South African courts. He holds a BCL and MPhil in Law from Oxford University.
