Professor Ronen is one of five invited experts that has addressed this issue on a new site http://UCLALawForum.com which just launched. The site is a collaboration between the International Criminal Court and UCLA School of Law. Their first question is whether the ICC's Prosecutor should accept jurisdiction over alleged Gaza conflict war crimes. It's a pretty spirited debate.
